Dataräddarna is a small, woman-led business in Malmö. We are leftists, queer and disabled, and incredibly tired of capitalistic nonsense. We want to make technical support more accessible and less complicated, for everyone.
Each person at Dataräddarna has their own unique skills and experiences. Combined, we speak Swedish, English, Spanish, and French.
Whether you are experienced with computers, or tech makes you nervous, we are here to help you – online or in Malmö.
Tech disasters happen, but no matter if your files have mysteriously vanished, or your computer is having an existential crisis, we are on your side.

If we don’t reply instantly, don’t worry, we are a small company, but a Data Rescuer will get back to you as soon as one of us is available.
As soon as we become aware of what kind of help you need, we will give you information on how to move forward. That includes clear instructions on how to hand over your device or give us online access. Or, how to drop off or send physical media to us in Malmö, if you live elsewhere.
We know all too well about that sinking feeling in the gut when a service you really need
ends up costing more than you expected, and you are forced to turn it down or
completely break your budget. Ouch.
Here at Dataräddarna we agree on the costs in advance, and most of our services
already have set prices - to make us more efficient and to give you peace of mind.

We accept online payment with card or Swish, and if you are buying our services as a
company, you can also choose to be invoiced.
Handing over valued or sensitive items can feel scary, but whether it’s your hard drive,
phone, or grandmas' old recipes, we will treat your belongings with care and respect -
and help you preserve them for the future.
When it comes to data recovery, we will diagnose the issue, find the root cause, apply a
precise solution, and explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
While we nerd out, you can relax, knowing that your device is in safe hands.
After we finish the job, we return your things to you - and probably enjoy a nice fika
before starting the next rescue mission.
